On February 11, 2021, 3-year-old Nevaeh Wisner was found safe and is now in the custody of the Department of Children and Family Services. Freddie Lee Wisner Jr. was arrested for 278 P.C. "Child Stealing," and two warrants.

Father Sought in the Abduction of 3-year old Daughter

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department's Southeast Division and the Department of Children and Family Services is requesting the public's help in locating Nevaeh Wisner 3- year-old little girl and biological father Freddie Lee Wisner Jr.

On January 22, 2021 Freddie Lee Wisner Jr. went to the residence of the child and removed her without the consent from the guardian. Suspect Wisner failed to return the child. DCFS was notified and a warrant was issued for suspect. Suspect Wisner was only allowed monitored visitation rights.

Both Freddie Lee and Nevaeh were last seen in the 10500 block of Antwerp Street in Los Angeles.

On February 1, 2021 Department Children and Family Services was awarded custody of Nevaeh. A protective custody warrant was issued for Nevaeh Wisner and an arrest warrant was issued for Freddie Lee Wisner Jr.

Freddie Lee Wisner Jr. is 40-year-old, described as a male, Black with black hair, brown eyes, approximately 220 lbs., and standing at 6 feet 2 inches tall.

Nevaeh Wisner is 3- year-old, described as a female Black, with black hair, brown eyes, weighing approximately 40 pounds and is 3 feet tall. Nevaeh has a medical condition and needs medical attention.
