March 2, 2021 NR21057ne UPDATE Los Angeles: Chief Moore has been released from the hospital and appreciates the expressions of support that he has received. The Chief asked that we continue to keep our Department personnel still hospitalized in our thoughts and prayers.

Los Angeles: On March 1, 2021, Chief Moore was not feeling well and transported himself to the University of Southern California Medical Center. He was admitted last night for testing and observation. Chief Moore is in great spirits and appreciates your well-wishes and support. To respect his privacy, the Department will not be commenting further.
