WHY: Hate crime against the Asian Pacific Islanders community is on the rise alarmingly in recent weeks and the Asian Pacific Islander community in partnership with the LAPD is conducting a press conference to take a stand in unity against hate and denounce hate incidents and crimes. Additionally, we will increase awareness in the community to report hate incidents and crimes.
