Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department South Bureau Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of 45-year old Encarnacion Ibarra.
On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, around 11:30 p.m., Southwest Area patrol officers responded to a “Shots Fired” radio call in the area of 23rd Street and Ellendale Place.
When the officers arrived they located the victim, Mr. Ibarra, seated in his parked vehicle and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the male victim deceased at scene.
No suspect description is available at this time.
