Los Angeles Police Department Chief, Michel Moore

WHY:
News conference to officially launch Otter Pops from Cops program.  Chief Moore will speak at the San Fernando Gardens Community Center to explain and highlight the partnership between the LAPD and Otter Pops.  This program will allow officers to participate in community dialogue while enjoying an icy treat that will help “break the ice.”

After the news conference, Chief Moore will participate in a Tree Lighting Ceremony.
