Canoga Park: Detectives from the
Los Angeles Police Department’s Topanga Division are seeking the
public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the
identification and arrest of the suspect responsible for robbing
two 24 hour businesses.
The first robbery occurred on February 12, 2019, in the 22800 block
of Saticoy Street. The second occurred on February 15, 2019, in the
6400 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard. Both robberies occurred
between the hours of 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. The suspect enters the
store, approaches the counter, removes a handgun from his
waistband, points it at the cashier and demands money. The suspect
leaves the location on foot, and has been seen in a gray or silver
sedan.
The suspect is described as a male Black with brown eyes and a
mustache. He stands 5 feet
7 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs 160-170 pounds. The suspect
should be considered armed and dangerous.
