WHO: Captain Rafael Ramirez, Commanding Officer, West Valley Division LAPD West Valley detectives

WHY: Captain Ramirez and West Valley detectives will be providing information on the department’s efforts and arrests to combat criminal street gang members committing residential burglaries in the communities of Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills and Porter Ranch.
