"Searching for Missing Person with Diminished Mental Capacity"
Los Angeles: The family of Ruby Dean Jiles and the Los Angeles Police Department request the public’s assistance in locating their missing family member. Jiles was last seen on March 6, 2002, at approximately 2:30 PM. Jiles walked away from the 10300 block of South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, and has not been seen since. Jiles is described as 37- year old female African-American with black hair, brown eyes, and 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. Jiles was last seen wearing a red tee shirt with "Nebraska" written across the front in white, white sweat pants and red and white "Nike" tennis shoes. Jiles has a diminished mental capacity.
