Seventeen-Year-Old Male Dies after Fatal Traffic Collision

Los Angeles:  On January 17, 2006, at 5:45 AM, 17 year old Steven Va Ly, a resident of Los Angeles, was fatally injured as a result of a traffic accident at Valley Boulevard and Vandalia Avenue in El Sereno Area.
Mr. Ly was driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla eastbound Valley Boulevard when the vehicle ran off the road and collided with two signs and a power pole. Mr. Ly was transported to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
The investigation revealed that a white Honda Civic with four doors was driven by a male Hispanic in his 30’s and was possibly following Mr. Ly. The driver is sought by the police for questioning.
