UPDATE
On March 31,
2016, The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division
assumed investigative responsibility for the Van Nuys Sexual
Assault case. Detectives from Robbery- Homicide Division continued
to follow up on leads developed by Van Nuys officers.
At approximately 11:25 p.m., Robbery-Homicide Division was able to
locate the suspect and took him into custody without incident. The
suspect, identified as Enrique Orozco, was booked on April 1, 2016
at 8:10 a.m., for 209 (a) PC, Kidnap for Rape. His bail is set at
one million dollars.

UPDATE
Continuing investigation has revealed the suspect has brown
eyes, is known to local businesses and goes by the possible name of
“Enrique”.
Van Nuys: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Van
Nuys Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a
sexual assault suspect.
On March 29, 2016 around 7:00 p.m., the suspect entered a business,
grabbed victim, and dragged her to the rear of the location. The
suspect then attempted to sexually assault the victim, and
eventually left the area.
The suspect is described as a 30 year-old male Hispanic, black
hair, unknown eyes. He stands around 6 feet tall and weighs around
180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, and blue
pants, unknown color shoes.
