Wilmington: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Harbor Area Homicide Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of 21-year-old Othon Arciniega.
On March 8, 2019, at approximately 12:15 p.m., Othon Arciniega was walking in the 600 block of North Lagoon Avenue when unknown suspects approached him on foot and began to fire multiple rounds at Mr. Arciniega, striking him and causing him to fall to the ground.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at scene. Detectives do not have any leads on suspect(s) and are asking for the public’s help.
