Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible.
Los Angeles: On Saturday, June 10, 2023, around 11:30 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department 77th Street Area patrol officers responded to a “Ambulance Shooting” radio call at Western Avenue and 74th Street.
When the officers arrived at Western Avenue and 74th Street, they located a victim who was suffering from a gunshot wound. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to render aid; however, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at scene.
The victim was later identified as a 16-year-old, male, who was still enrolled at a local high school. There is no known motive for the shooting, or description of the suspect(s) responsible.
