Mission Hills:   Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for the shooting death of a 22-year-old man.

On December 16, 2021, around 12:55 p.m., Mission Area patrol officers responded to a radio call of a shooting in the 15100 block of Chatsworth Street.  Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim, conscious and breathing, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he later died.  His identity is being withheld pending notification to next of kin.
