Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department West Bureau Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect, or suspects, responsible for killing a man.
On October 3, 2022, around 11:30 p.m., Olympic Area patrol officers responded to numerous radio calls of shots fired, with a man screaming, in the 700 block of South New Hampshire Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located a victim in front of an apartment building, unresponsive, with gunshot wounds.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the victim dead at scene. The victim has not been identified.
The suspect is described as a male Black, wearing dark clothing. The suspect fled south in a possible dark SUV.
