On Thursday morning April 1, 1999, at approximately 1030 hours, the victim Margerite F. Nicholes was found lying in the hallway of her residence, which is located at 6104 Brynhurst Avenue, Los Angeles. Marguerite F. Nicholes was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation revealed that Marguerite F. Nicholes had sustained multiple lacerations to the head.

The motive is unknown.

One suspect has been taken into custody. However, the suspect’s name is being withheld. Pending further investigation.
