Suspect Arrested for Hit-And-Run Traffic Collision NR14069SF

Los Angeles:   A suspect has been arrested for a felony hit and run traffic collision that occurred on Pacific Coast Highway, north of Temescal Canyon Road.  

On Friday, February 14, 2014, at 7:55 p.m., a 28-year-old man was walking across Pacific Coast Highway in a marked, flashing pedestrian crosswalk, when a silver 2010 Toyota Prius collided with him.  The driver left the scene without providing information or medical attention to the Victim as required by law.

The Victim sustained severe head trauma and was air lifted to a local hospital where he remains for ongoing medical treatment.

On February 17, 2014, at 11:30 a.m., West Traffic Detectives arrested 74 year-old Anna Soon Ma, a resident of Fullerton for 20001 V.C., Hit and Run Felony.
