Three Suspects Arrested for Murder NR21105ti

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s FBI Fugitive Task Force announce the arrest of three individuals for 187 PC-Murder.

On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, around 7:27 p.m., Southeast patrol officers responded to a radio call of a shooting near the 10900 block of South Wilmington Avenue. Upon their arrival they located Victim Benjamin Medina, a male Hispanic, 49-years-old, suffering from a gunshot wound. Mr. Medina was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries at 7:51 p.m.

South Bureau Homicide Division investigators identified three individuals who were responsible for the murder of Mr. Medina; Jose Ponce, male Hispanic 33-years-old, of Fullerton, California; Jade Bates, female White 23-years-old of Fullerton, California; and Loi Siliuta, male Other 21-years-old of Norwalk, California.

On Wednesday, April 7, 2021, members of Los Angeles Police Department-FBI Fugitive Task Force located and arrested all three individuals. On April 9, 2021 the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed 187 PC- Murder charges on all three arrestees.
