UPDATE
The mother of the toddler arrived at North Hollywood Community Station and will be interviewed by detectives.
Los Angeles: Today, around 5:20 this morning, Los Angeles Police Department North Hollywood Area patrol officers responded to a radio call for ‘a found child’ in the 5400 block of Tujunga Avenue.
A resident in the large apartment complex found the child walking in the area, wearing only a tank top and diaper. Neighbors in the area did not recognize the toddler and officers could not locate the parents. The toddler’s age is estimated to be around one and a half years old and detectives need the public’s help in locating the parents.
