WHY: Community members have reached out to LAPD Topanga Area Senior Lead Officer Duke Dao to partner up and give away 100 sleeping bags to homeless for this winter. There will be approximately 80-100 less fortunate homeless who come to this Rescue Mission for free lunch meals each Saturday.
