Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s West Bureau Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s help in obtaining information leading to the identification of a suspect(s) involved in a shooting that left one man dead.
On Wednesday, June 17, 2015 around 3:35 a.m., Wilshire Division officers responded to numerous radio calls of shots fired in the 1700 block of Longwood Avenue. When the officers arrived they discovered a male Black approximately 25-years-old suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The victim has not been identified and there is no suspect information. The circumstances and motive for the shooting are unknown.
