Los Angeles: In an effort to assist the public in avoiding possible traffic congestion during the UTLA Teachers strike, on Friday, January 18, 2019, Spring Street between Temple to First Street will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
NOTE: Media Staging Area:
First Street between Broadway and Main Street. Media can park either north or south of the street only.
