WHY: Van Nuys Division is holding a reception open to the public to review the division as it stands inspection. This is Chief Michel Moore’s first divisional inspection. A formal inspection will be conducted of all Van Nuys Area personnel by Chief Moore and members of the Operations-Valley Bureau command staff. The Chief will re-administer the Oath of Office to all officers. All persons wishing to attend should arrive by 9:30 AM at the front of the police station.
