Los Angeles. A 21-year-old Los Angeles man died Monday afternoon after being shot by a rival gang member.
On December 4, 2006, at 12:30 P.M., Billy Grant was standing in the 2600 block of South Orange Drive. A rival Black gang member fired several rounds from a handgun striking Grant in the chest, killing him.
The suspect is described only as a Black male who drove away in a white car.
