Victim Sexually Assaulted in Pacific Area

On Thursday, June 3, 1999, at approximately 10:30 P.M., a sexual assault occurred in the 12000 block of Lucille Avenue in Pacific Division. The suspect approached the victim from behind as she was retrieving property from her parked vehicle. The suspect displayed a knife and threatened to kill her. The suspect sexually assaulted her before fleeing the location.

The suspect was described as a male, Hispanic or Black, 5’5" to 5’7" tall, 20-25 years old. During the commission of the crime, the suspect was wearing dark clothing and baggy pants.
