Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Attempt Child Kidnap Suspect

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying an attempt kidnap suspect in the area of Sun Valley Middle School .
On three separate occasions, three students in the area of Sun Valley Middle School were approached by a male Hispanic suspect. The suspect threatened the students with a knife and told them that he was going to hurt them if they didn’t come with him.
All of the students were able to run from the suspect.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 5’8 to 6’2" tall, with a shaved head, a small tuft of hair below his lower lip, and a tattoo on his neck in green writing. He also has acne and scars on both cheeks and a pierced upper left ear with a diamond stud.
The suspect’s vehicle is described as a newer model red family type van with an Aztec medallion sticker on the rear passenger window.
