Drive-By Shooting Leaves Man Dead NR17349ml

Pacoima: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man.

On Friday November 24, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics notified the Los Angeles Police Department that they were on scene at the 11700 block of Bromont Avenue in the City of Pacoima of a “Man Down” radio call.

Paramedics advised that the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and requested police response. LAPD Foothill Area officers responded to the scene and met with paramedics, who advised that the victim had died from his injuries.

Los Angeles Police Department Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives were notified and responded to the scene.

Homicide Detectives investigation revealed, on Friday November 24, 2017, at about 5:45 p.m., the victim was walking along the 11700 block of Bromont Avenue when he was shot several times by a passing vehicle. Victim collapsed at scene and died.

Victim has been identified as 19-year-old David Ibarra a resident of the City of Pacoima.

There is no information on the suspect(s), and are currently outstanding.
