Sheri E. Ross has been a neutral in labor and employment cases since 2005. Ms. Ross is a member of the arbitration panels of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, California State Mediation and Conciliation Service, National Mediation Board, FINRA, and various Employee Relations and Civil Service Panels. Disputes she has heard include discipline and discharge for absenteeism, discrimination, sexual harassment, alcohol and drug use, workplace violence, and job performance. Ms. Ross is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators.
Ms. Ross received a BS from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University, a JD from Loyola School of Law and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA.
