Woman Arrested for Child Endangerment After Pursuit

Los Angeles: On June 2, 2003, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Rampart Area patrol officers observed an unattended 2 year-old male child sitting inside a tan Lexus that was parked in the area of Olympic Boulevard and Alvarado Street.
During the investigation, a female entered the vehicle and placed the child on her lap and drove away, leading officers in a vehicle pursuit. The pursuit terminated in the 900 block of Stradella Road in West Los Angeles. The driver is identified as thirty-two year old Lisa Mari Rosen of Los Angeles, she was taken into custody without incident. The child was found unharmed. Ms. Rosen was arrested and booked for Child Endangerment 273(a) PC. The child was taken into protective custody and released to the Department of Children and Family Services.
