"Two Victims Shot During Domestic Dispute"

Los Angeles – On May 19, 2000 at approximately 6:45 AM, Rampart Station patrol officers responded to an "ADW Shots Fired" radio call at the 1800 block of West 5th Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered two males who had both been shot in the face. Preliminary investigations revealed that suspect Mario Martinez Marury, 30 year old male, went to the location and became involved in a domestic dispute with the two male victims. As suspect Marury was leaving the scene, he fired rounds at both victims with a possible .25 caliber automatic handgun. Both victims were treated at the scene and both were transported to a local hospital for further treatment for gunshot wounds to the face.

Suspect Marury remains at large at this time. The victims are expected to recover from their injuries.
