36-Year-Old Man Murdered in Van Nuys NR15193dm

Van Nuys: Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys Division are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect, or suspects, responsible for the murder of a 36-year-old man.

On June 8, 2015, around 11:48 p.m., Van Nuys patrol officers responded to an “Ambulance Shooting” radio call on the 14500 block of Keswick Street. When officers arrived, they found the victim, later identified as Juan Carlos Espinosa, inside a business. Espinosa was unresponsive and had sustained a gunshot wound.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced Espinosa dead at scene. The motive for the shooting is unknown.
