"Reward Offered for Information Leading to the Arrest and Conviction of an Outstanding Murder Suspect"

Los Angeles – On Monday, December 6, 1999, at approximately 11:10 p.m., victim Manuel Martinez, 25 years of age, was shot to death while walking on Exposition Boulevard at Federal Avenue. The motive for the murder remains unknown.

The City of Los Angeles is offering a $25,000.00 reward for any information leading to the arrest, and prosecution of the murder suspects.
