LAPD Detectives Looking For Robbery Suspect NR14345sm

West Los Angeles:  Los Angeles Police Department West Los Angeles Detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that may lead to the arrest of the suspect who robbed a Starbucks.

On September 4, 2014, around 4:10 p.m., a male suspect entered the Starbucks located in the 10900 block of west Pico Boulevard.  The suspect entered the Starbucks, ordered a drink and showed the Starbucks employee the gun he was concealing in his waistband.  Using the gun to intimidate the employee, the suspect demanded money.  The employee out of fear complied with the suspects demand.

The suspect is described as a 32 to 37-year-old male Black.  He stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds.  The suspect was wearing a black jacket with a hoodie, blue denim jeans and a large set of white or gray headphones over a black baseball cap.

The weapon that was used was a semi-automatic handgun with chrome on the grip.
