Detectives Investigating Theft in the Valley

Woodland Hills – On Thursday, March 2, 2000, at approximately 11:00 p.m., a female Caucasian victim went to a bar located on the 21000 block of Ventura Boulevard. She met a male at the bar and drank from a water bottle he had with him. The victim felt ill and at approximately 1:30 a.m., she asked for a ride home. At approximately 3:00 a.m., the victim woke up in the bushes to the rear of the Denny’s restaurant, at 21037 Ventura Boulevard. After looking in her purse she discovered some of her property missing.

The victim does not recall what happened to her between the hours of 1:30 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. She does not believe she was assaulted and has made herself unavailable to detectives.

SUSPECT: Male, Black, 5’11’/6’0", 170/190, 25/30. He has a light complexion, muscular build and dreadlocks.
SUSPECT VEHICLE: Black 2 door vehicle, possibly a Corvette.
