News conference to announce a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for gunning down 54-year-old Otto Paiz.

WHY:    
On Wednesday, August 11, 2010, a reward will be offered by Los Angeles City Councilmember Herb Wesson, Council District No. 10, to apprehend those responsible for killing 54-year-old Mid City resident Otto Paiz.  Victim Paiz was found shot to death in his car early Sunday morning on July 6, 2010, in the 2100 block of South 2nd Avenue.
