Hot Prowl and Sexual Assault Suspect Sought NR17204ti

Fairfax District: Detectives
from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division,
Special Assault Section, are seeking the public’s awareness and
assistance in a case involving a sexual predator that has attacked
two adult females.

On Monday, July 3, 2017, around 11:50 p.m., Wilshire Area officers
responded to a “hot prowl, burglary” radio call around the 400
block of North Ogden Drive in the City of Los Angeles. Officer’s
investigation revealed that the suspect was armed with a handgun
and entered the victim’s apartment. The suspect tied both of
female’s hands and sexually assaulted them. Once one of the victims
began to scream the suspect fled the location.

The suspect is
described as a 30 to 40-year-old White male, 5 feet 10 inches tall
to 6 feet tall. He weighs approximately 160 to 180 pounds and has a
short grey beard.
